We don't store Medicaid/Medicare IDs, test results, diagnoses, or physician information. We use enterprise-grade security: mandatory 2FA on every login, 256-bit SSL encryption, configurable session timeouts, 90-day password rotation, and a tamper-evident audit trail. Data is isolated per agency using database-level row-level security. Most agencies use HHOcare alongside their EMR for clinical data.
